Privacy Policy for Reach Response

Who We Are

Our website address is: https://reachresponse.com.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on our site, we collect the information entered in the comment form along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string. This helps us detect and prevent spam.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be shared with the Gravatar service to check if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available at https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture (if applicable) will be visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to our website, avoid uploading images that contain embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the site can download and extract location data from those images.

Cookies

  • If you leave a comment, you may choose to save your name, email address, and website in cookies. These are for convenience so you don’t need to re-enter your details next time. These cookies last for one year.

  • If you visit our login page, we set a temporary cookie to check whether your browser accepts cookies. It contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

  • When you log in, several cookies are created to store your login information and display preferences. Login cookies last two days, and screen options cookies last one year. If you select “Remember Me,” your login will persist for two weeks. Logging out removes the login cookies.

  • If you edit or publish an article, a cookie is stored in your browser with the post ID of the article you just edited. This cookie contains no personal data and expires after one day.

Embedded Content from Other Websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles). Embedded content from other websites behaves exactly as if you visited the other website directly.

These sites may collect data about you, use cookies, include additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with embedded content—especially if you are logged into that website.

Who We Share Your Data With

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How Long We Retain Your Data

  • Comments and their metadata are stored indefinitely. This allows us to automatically recognize and approve follow-up comments rather than holding them for moderation.

  • For users that register on our website (if applicable), we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except usernames). Website administrators can also view and edit that information.

What Rights You Have Over Your Data

If you have an account on our site, or have left comments, you may request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including data you have provided. You may also request that we erase your personal data. This does not include data we are required to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where Your Data Is Sent

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service
